Elise Stefanik Names Amanda Makki a “Woman to Watch” In Her Push to Elect GOP Women to Congress
WASHINGTON D.C. - Today Republican House Conference Chair and E-PAC founder Elise Stafanik announced

Amanda Makki (@amandamakki) earned a spot on the “Women to Watch” First Slate 2021-2022 E-PAC candidates.
Chairwoman Stafanik championed the historic effort during the 2020 election cycle to elect the highest number of GOP women to Congress ever in our nation’s history.
“Chairwoman Stafanik’s dedication to supporting women in Congress is groundbreaking. I’m thrilled to be a part of this First Slate of Women to Watch,” said Amanda Makki. “Pinellas County leadership agrees that our campaign is the best choice to flip CD 13 and I am proud to have more local endorsements than any other GOP or Democrat candidate in this race.”
Amanda Makki is also the only candidate in the race for Florida’s 13th Congressional District to achieve the first milestone of the NRCC’s “Young Guns” program, led by House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy, in a single fundraising quarter. Makki is part of a select group of candidates who have attained “On the Radar” status.
Makki has been endorsed by Seminole Mayor Leslie Waters, Largo Mayor Woody Brown, Madeira Beach Mayor John Hendricks, North Redington Beach Mayor Bill Queen, Redington Beach Mayor David Will, Belleair Shore Mayor Bob Schmidt, and Largo Mayor Woody Brown. Makki has also been endorsed by the 2018 Republican nominee for FL-13 George Buck, The Republican Main Street Partnership, and Florida’s own Maggie’s List. Maggie’s List is the leading national organization focused on electing strong conservative women to Congress.
Makki has spent her career fighting for conservative values as a Senior Republican Healthcare advisor for the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives, a frequent commentator on conservative ideals and strategy on Fox News, Fox Business, Newsmax, and several other networks. She served in the Pentagon after 9/11, and as an attorney during the Wisconsin recount for President Trump.
