Navy SEAL Veterans Group Endorses Amanda Makki for CD 13

St. Petersburg, FL - SEAL PAC is announcing its endorsement of Amanda Makki (@amandamakki) in the race for Congress in Florida’s 13th District today. SEAL PAC’s mission is to elect conservatives to Congress who are committed to defending the Constitution and reigning in the Democrat’s extreme agenda.

SEAL PAC is chaired by veteran U.S. Navy SEAL Team Six Commander Ryan Zinke. Zinke served as United States Secretary of the Interior in the Trump administration.

“Amanda’s experience, impeccable character, and proven good judgment are exactly what we need in Congress,” said SEAL PAC Chairman Ryan Zinke. “Amanda’s dedication to our country in the weeks after 9-11 when she served in the U.S. Army General Counsel's Office is a testament to her resolve to put her country first. We know she’ll bring the same level of dedication to the people of Pinellas County.”

“I am honored to have the support of SEAL PAC in this race. I am grateful for their recognition of my lifelong conservative track record and commitment to public service,” Makki said in response to SEAL PAC’s endorsement. “I have never wavered in my commitment to fight for our veterans.”

Makki has been endorsed by 12 Pinellas Mayors - more than any other Republican or Democrat in the FL-13 race. Her endorsements include: Indian Shores Mayor Patrick Soranno, Belleair Beach Mayor Joseph Manzo, Belleair Bluffs Mayor Chris Arbutine, Pinellas Park Mayor Sandra Bradbury, Clearwater Mayor Frank Hibbard, Belleair Mayor Mike Wilkinson, Largo Mayor Woody Brown, Seminole Mayor Leslie Waters, Madeira Beach Mayor John Hendricks, North Redington Beach Mayor Bill Queen, Redington Beach Mayor David Will, Belleair Shore Mayor Bob Schmidt, the 2018 Republican nominee for FL-13 George Buck, the widow of former Pinellas Congressman Bill Young, Beverly Young, The Republican Main Street Partnership and Florida’s own Maggie’s List. Maggie’s List is the leading national organization focused on electing strong conservative women to Congress.

Makki has spent her career fighting for conservative values as a Senior Republican Healthcare advisor for the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives, a frequent commentator on conservative ideals and strategy on Fox News, Fox Business, Newsmax, and several other networks. She served in the Pentagon after 9/11, and as an attorney during the Wisconsin recount for President Trump.
